We take the time to understand a matter before we advise on it, and we explain our reasoning in plain terms, so that clients can make informed decisions rather than simply receive instructions. We are candid about the options available, including, where it serves the client, the most straightforward course rather than the most involved one. And we treat responsiveness as part of the service: correspondence is answered, matters are kept moving, and fees are discussed and agreed at the outset.
